From the family of hospitality in
Punjab, India, Mr. Inderjeet Singh has been tantalizing the
American palate with his restaurants since 1988. Starting from the
legendary Minar Palace in the hub of Indian cuisine, Jackson
Heights, Queens and India Palace in Long Island, and Tandoor Palace
1, Manhattan, Mr. Singh’s uncompromising passion for quality and
service has always got him high reviews from the culinary press.
He is also the founder of Gurjot
Foods, Inc.
Born and brought up in Punjab, India,
Chef Parshotam Singh has introduced New York to the authentic
home style cooking. He has been working with Mr. Inderjeet Singh for
more than a decade, when they first teamed up in creating India
Palace, Long Island.
His calm nature and talents has won
him a following of customers all over the city.
Vikas Khanna is the consultant Chef of
Tandoor Palace 2. He is an award winning chef, cooking instructor
and author.

Harmeet K. Dua was
born and brought up in New Delhi. She has been working with Tandoor
Palace Group for more than 5 years. “Her pleasing personality
changes your day”, comments a regular customer.
Francis Gomes
was born and brought up in Kolkota and trained under some of the top
chefs in India, while working with Taj Group of Hotels, Welcomgroup
of Hotels and Dolphin Hotel Group.
He puts his magic
into the Indian-Chinese fusions dishes.
