Hari is a
graduate of Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park,
New York and has a degree in Hotel & Hospitality
Management from Manipal, India. Hari has twelve years of
diverse industry experience in pastry shops,
restaurants, hotels and kitchen management. . As a
member of ACF American Culinary Federation he has
participated in several culinary & pastry competitions.
He is a member of US pastry alliance and actively
participated at the world Pastry Forum 2002, 03 & 04
HELD IN Las Vegas NV. He has participated at the
prestigious James Beard House NYC. Hari grew up in the
southern tropics of India. The influence of the
ingredients and culture of the region in addition to his
classical European & American training throws its
evident vibrancy and depth in the flavors of scrumptious
creations.
